Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a handle attached to a cable with a weight plate suspended below. Keep your torso stable and core engaged throughout the movement.

Grasp the handle with an underhand grip (palms facing forward) with arms extended downward. Position elbows close to your sides and maintain a neutral spine with shoulders back.

Slowly lower the weight by extending your arms downward in a controlled manner, allowing the weight plate to descend while maintaining tension on the biceps. Keep elbows stationary and avoid swinging.

Curl the handle upward by flexing at the elbow, bringing your hand toward your shoulder. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with controlled descent.
