Age Requirements & COPPA

1. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the GymGuide application and website. If you are under 13 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using our services, creating an account, or providing any personal information to GymGuide.

2. Users Between 13 and the Age of Majority

If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence (typically 18 years old in most US states), you may only use GymGuide under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by our Terms of Service on your behalf.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the App.

3. Compliance with COPPA

GymGuide is committed to complying fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for our Service.

Our Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

4. Parental Rights and Actions

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@gymguide.co. We will take immediate steps to remove the information from our servers and terminate the associated account.
