1
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides or extended forward for balance. Maintain an upright torso with shoulders back and core engaged throughout the movement.
2
Prepare by shifting weight into heels and engaging core muscles. Position feet shoulder-width apart with toes pointing forward. Hands can be clasped in front of chest or extended forward for counterbalance.
3
Lower body by bending knees and hips simultaneously, descending into a squat position. Keep chest upright, weight in heels, and knees tracking over toes. Continue until thighs are parallel to ground or lower if mobility allows.
4
Drive through heels to explosively extend knees and hips, returning to standing position. Complete the movement by fully extending legs at the top. Perform a continuous jumping motion by immediately descending into the next repetition.
