1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand with arm extended downward at your side, palm facing forward. Keep your torso upright and core engaged throughout the movement.
2
Maintain a neutral grip on the kettlebell handle with your palm facing forward. Keep your elbow close to your torso and fixed at your side. Ensure your shoulder is packed and stable.
3
Slowly lower the kettlebell by extending your elbow, allowing the weight to descend in a controlled manner. Maintain tension on the biceps throughout the eccentric phase and keep your elbow stationary against your side.
4
Drive your elbow up by flexing at the biceps to curl the kettlebell back to the starting position. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement before beginning the next repetition. Keep the movement controlled and avoid swinging.
