Instructions

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at sides or extended for balance, core engaged, and body upright with neutral spine alignment

Bend knees and hips to lower into a squat position until thighs are approximately parallel to ground or slightly below, keeping weight distributed evenly through feet and chest up

From the squat position, explosively extend hips and knees, driving through the feet to propel the body upward into the air, generating maximum power from the lower body

Upon landing, immediately decelerate by bending knees and hips to absorb impact with controlled descent back into squat position, then repeat the jumping motion or return to standing
