1
Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides holding suspension trainer handles at chest height with elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees. Maintain neutral spine and engage core.
2
Grip the suspension trainer handles firmly with both hands. Position body so straps are taut and your center of mass is slightly forward. Keep chest up and shoulders back.
3
Inhale as you lower your body by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously, shifting weight into your heels. Descend in a controlled manner until thighs approach parallel to the ground or slightly below, maintaining upright torso position with arms extended forward.
4
Exhale and drive through your heels to extend hips and knees, returning to standing position. Push forcefully through the entire foot to engage the quadriceps fully and return to starting posture.
