1
Begin in a kneeling position on the floor with body upright. Grasp the handles of suspension straps with both hands, palms facing forward. Arms should be fully extended overhead with handles held at shoulder height.
2
Ensure the body forms a straight line from knees to head. Engage core muscles to maintain stable upright posture. Position straps at appropriate length so tension is present at full arm extension.
3
Lower your body by allowing elbows to extend and arms to lengthen, moving in a controlled manner. Keep elbows slightly in front of torso as you lower body back and down. Maintain neutral spine and core engagement throughout descent.
4
Drive through heels and contract biceps to pull body upward by flexing elbows and bringing handles toward head level. Return to starting position with arms extended overhead. Squeeze biceps at top of movement before beginning next repetition.
