1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a resistance band anchored low with one end in each hand. Keep your arms extended downward at your sides with a slight bend in the elbows.
2
Grip the band handles firmly with palms facing forward. Engage your core and maintain an upright torso position. Ensure the band is taut before beginning the movement.
3
Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position by extending at the elbows, allowing the biceps to lengthen under tension. Control the descent for 2-3 seconds without locking out the elbows completely.
4
Curl both hands upward by flexing at the elbows, bringing your hands toward your shoulders while keeping upper arms stationary. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement for 1 second, then return to start in a controlled manner.
