1
Lie supine on the floor with your back flat, head resting on the ground, arms at your sides with palms down for stability. Position one foot in the suspension strap footrest while keeping the other leg extended or bent for balance.
2
Secure your foot firmly in the suspension trainer strap. Engage your core and press through your upper back and arms to create a stable base. Keep your body in a straight line from head to knees.
3
Slowly lower your body by bending your knee, allowing the suspension strap to support your foot as it moves toward your torso. Control the eccentric movement to maintain core stability and prevent your hips from sagging.
4
Drive through your heel and extend your knee to return to the starting position with your leg straightened. Maintain tension throughout the movement and avoid locking your knee at full extension.
