1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms raised to shoulder height with palms facing up, chest upright, and core engaged. Maintain neutral spine alignment throughout the movement.
2
Keep your weight distributed evenly across both feet with toes pointing forward. Prepare your core by bracing abdominal muscles and ensure shoulders are relaxed and stable.
3
Lower your body by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously, descending into a squat position. Keep the chest lifted and knees tracking over toes as they flex to approximately 90 degrees. Lower slowly and under control.
4
Drive through your heels and midfoot to extend the hips and knees, returning to the standing start position. Maintain core tension throughout the ascent and complete the repetition with controlled movement.
