Engage core and prepare to lift torso by contracting abdominal muscles. Hands can be positioned across chest or extended overhead for balance.

Lower the torso back to starting position with control, allowing abdominal muscles to lengthen and stretch under tension without fully relaxing between repetitions.

Drive through core engagement to lift torso toward thighs using abdominal contraction. Simultaneously bring knees toward chest, creating a V-shape with the body as legs and upper body converge at the midsection.
