1
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms raised with hands behind head or in front of chest for balance. Maintain upright posture with core engaged and neutral spine alignment.
2
Ground yourself firmly on both feet. Take a deep breath and prepare to explosively drive through your legs to generate vertical power for the jumping movement.
3
Lower your body by bending at the knees and hips simultaneously, moving into a quarter squat position. Keep your chest upright and weight distributed evenly across both feet. This eccentric phase stores elastic energy in the muscles.
4
Explosively drive through both feet, extending your knees and hips to propel your body upward off the ground. Upon landing, immediately descend into the next repetition with controlled deceleration. Return to the starting position between repetitions.
