1
Position yourself prone on a stability ball with the ball positioned under your hips and lower abdomen. Place feet on the ground with legs extended behind you, shoulder-width apart. Keep hands behind your head or crossed on chest for support.
2
Ensure core is engaged and body forms a straight line from head to heels. Maintain neutral spine alignment with the ball supporting your lower body. Grip the ground with your toes for stability.
3
Slowly lower your torso forward and downward by relaxing the abdominal muscles, allowing the stability ball to roll slightly toward your feet. Lower until you feel a gentle stretch across the front of your core, maintaining spinal alignment.
4
Contract your abdominal muscles and pull your torso upward and backward, lifting your chest toward the ceiling. Roll the ball back toward your hips as you reach full contraction. Return to starting position with controlled movement.
