Sit on a stability ball with feet flat on the floor, positioned hip-width apart. Keep the ball centered under your lower back and torso upright with neutral spine alignment.

Place hands behind head with fingers lightly supporting (not pulling) the neck. Elbows should point outward and maintain a neutral head position aligned with the spine.

Slowly lower the torso backward by extending the spine and allowing the stability ball to roll underneath you. Control the movement and avoid hyperextending the lower back.

Contract the abdominal muscles and curl the torso forward, bringing the chest toward the pelvis. Roll the ball backward as you crunch upward, then return to starting position with controlled movement.
