Sled 45 degrees One Leg Press

Instructions

1
Sit on the leg press machine with your back and head resting firmly against the padded support. Position your feet on the platform shoulder-width apart, with feet flat and toes pointing slightly outward. Keep your hands on the handles for stability.
2
Adjust the seat position so your knees are at approximately 90 degrees when your feet are on the platform. Grip the handles alongside your body. Take a deep breath and prepare to press through your heels.
3
Slowly lower the weight by bending your knees in a controlled manner, allowing them to travel forward over your toes. Descend until your knees reach approximately 90 degrees of flexion or slightly less, keeping your lower back pressed against the pad and avoiding excessive forward knee travel beyond toes.
4
Drive through your heels and press the platform away, extending your legs back to the starting position without fully locking out your knees at the top. Exhale during this pushing phase and maintain controlled movement throughout.
