Sled 45 degrees Narrow Stance Leg Press

Instructions

1
Sit on the leg press machine with back and head resting firmly against the padded support. Position feet on the platform approximately shoulder-width apart with toes pointing slightly outward. Grip the handles on either side for stability.
2
Release the safety handles and ensure the platform is fully supported by your legs in the starting position. Feet should be in the middle of the platform with knees at approximately 90 degrees. Engage your core and prepare to initiate the press movement.
3
Slowly lower the platform by bending the knees, allowing them to track over the toes. Lower until knees reach approximately 90 degrees of flexion or slightly deeper if flexibility allows. Control the descent with smooth, deliberate movement for 2-3 seconds.
4
Press the platform away by extending the legs, driving through the entire foot. Extend the knees until legs are nearly straight but without locking the knees at the top. Return to the starting position with control and repeat for desired repetitions.
