1
Sit on an incline bench set at 45-60 degrees with feet flat on the floor platform, back against the padded support, and core engaged for stability.
2
Position your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform with toes pointing slightly forward. Grip the handles on either side of the bench for stability and safety.
3
Lower your body in a controlled manner by bending at the knees and hips, allowing your body to descend down the inclined plane. Keep your back in contact with the backrest throughout the movement.
4
Drive through your heels and extend your knees to return to the starting position, engaging your quadriceps concentrically to propel your body back up the incline. Maintain controlled motion without locking knees at the top.
