1
Lie supine on the floor with head supported on a stability ball, knees bent at approximately 90 degrees, feet flat on the ground, and one leg extended upward with knee straight
2
Position the stability ball under the upper back and shoulders for support. Engage core muscles and place hands across chest or at sides for balance. One leg remains extended vertically while the opposite foot stays planted for stability
3
Slowly lower the extended leg toward the floor in a controlled manner by flexing at the hip, allowing the leg to descend while maintaining a straight knee and neutral spine position against the ball
4
Drive the leg back upward to the starting position by engaging the quadriceps and hip flexors, returning to a vertical leg position with control before repeating the movement
