Lower your body by bending at the knees and hips, descending as if sitting back into a chair. Keep your chest up and weight in your heels. Lower until thighs are parallel to the ground or slightly below.

Drive through your heels and midfoot to extend the knees and hips, returning to standing position. Maintain a controlled pace throughout the ascent without locking out knees at the top.
