1
Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, holding light dumbbells at your sides with arms extended and palms facing inward. Maintain neutral spine and engaged core throughout the movement.
2
Assume a neutral standing position with shoulders back and chest lifted. Grip dumbbells firmly with neutral wrist alignment. Engage core by drawing navel toward spine. Prepare for vertical jumping motion.
3
Bend knees and hips simultaneously in a controlled squat motion, lowering your center of gravity. Lower until knees reach approximately 90 degrees of flexion. Keep weight distributed evenly across entire foot with heels planted.
4
Explosively extend knees and hips, driving through feet to propel body upward into a jump. Arms remain at sides with slight forward swing for momentum. Land softly on midfoot, immediately transition into next repetition by flexing knees to absorb impact.
