1
Sit on the rowing machine seat with your back upright, feet secured in the footrest, and knees bent at approximately 90 degrees. Grip the handle with both hands at chest level.
2
Push through your heels to drive your legs forward while simultaneously pulling the handle toward your chest. Ensure your core is engaged and your torso remains stable throughout the movement.
3
Slowly extend your legs forward and allow the handle to move away from your body in a controlled manner, resisting the tension of the machine. Maintain an upright posture and keep your core engaged.
4
Drive through your heels forcefully, extending your legs while pulling the handle back to your chest in one powerful motion. Coordinate the leg and arm movements to work synergistically, returning to the starting position with control.
