Position your supporting leg bent with knee on the ground for stability. Keep your upper body stable and neutral spine throughout the movement

Slowly lower your extended leg toward the ground in a controlled manner, allowing the hip flexor to lengthen while maintaining core tension and body alignment

Drive the extended leg back up to the starting position by contracting the quadriceps and hip flexor, returning to the plank position with both legs aligned
