Keep your upper body relaxed and core engaged; maintain a neutral spine position with your forehead resting on the mat or turned to the side

Slowly lower one leg toward the ground by extending the knee and hip, allowing gravity to control the descent while maintaining core tension throughout the movement

Drive the leg upward by flexing the hip and knee, bringing the thigh toward the chest while keeping the knee bent at approximately 90 degrees, then return to the starting position with control
