Place hands across the chest or clasped in front, elbows bent. This position helps maintain balance and allows focus on lower body mechanics. Maintain neutral spine alignment.

Lower your body by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously, descending into a squat position. Lower until thighs are approximately parallel to the ground or slightly below, keeping knees tracking over toes and weight in heels.

Drive through heels and midfoot to extend hips and knees, returning to standing position. Maintain upright posture and controlled movement throughout the ascent without locking out knees at the top.
