1
Start in a plank position with one foot on a stability ball, body forming a straight line from head to foot. Position hands shoulder-width apart with the other foot on the ground for stability.
2
Engage your core and maintain neutral spine alignment. Ensure the ball is positioned under one foot with controlled tension throughout the body before beginning the movement.
3
Lower your body by bending elbows to approximately 90 degrees, bringing your chest toward the ball while maintaining core tension and body alignment. Keep elbows at a 45-degree angle from your body.
4
Press through your hands to extend elbows and push your body back to starting position, squeezing chest muscles at the top. Return to plank position with control and repeat for desired repetitions.
