1
Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart, arms fully extended, body in a straight line from head to heels, and core engaged.
2
Position feet hip-width apart with weight distributed evenly through hands and toes. Maintain neutral spine alignment and engage abdominal muscles before beginning movement.
3
Slowly lower your body by bending at the knees, bringing one knee toward the chest in a controlled manner while maintaining plank alignment. The opposite leg remains extended.
4
Drive through the heel and extend the knee to return the leg to the starting plank position. Alternate legs in a running or climbing motion, repeating for desired repetitions.
