Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart, body forming a straight line from head to heels, core engaged and neutral spine maintained throughout

Position hands directly under shoulders with fingers spread for stability. Keep one leg extended straight while preparing to drive the opposite knee forward toward the chest

Slowly extend the bent leg backward, straightening the knee fully while maintaining hip alignment and core tension, lengthening the quadriceps of the extended leg

Drive the opposite knee back toward the chest in a controlled manner, flexing the quadriceps and engaging the hip flexors. Alternate legs in a running motion while maintaining plank position stability
