Sit upright on the machine with back firmly against the backrest, feet flat on the floor or footrest. Position arms at shoulder width on the handles with elbows aligned with the machine's pivot point.

Grasp the handles with a neutral to supinated grip (palms facing inward to upward). Ensure shoulders are relaxed and core is engaged. Start with arms fully extended or slightly bent.

Slowly lower the handles by extending the elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the weight to lengthen the biceps. Maintain contact with the backrest throughout and avoid swinging or jerking movements.

Pull the handles toward your torso by flexing the elbows, bringing hands close to shoulders in a smooth arc motion. Squeeze the biceps at the top position, then return to starting position with control.
