Lever Seated Reverse Fly

Instructions

1
Sit upright on the machine seat with back firmly against the backrest. Position feet flat on the floor or footrest for stability. Align shoulders with the machine handles at approximately mid-chest height.
2
Grasp the handles with a neutral grip (palms facing inward). Keep elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees. Ensure shoulders are relaxed and slightly retracted. Engage core muscles.
3
Slowly allow the handles to move backward in a controlled manner by resisting the machine's movement. Let the arms extend behind the body while maintaining a slight bend in the elbows. Feel the stretch across the chest and shoulders.
4
Push the handles forward and inward using chest muscles to drive the movement. Return to the starting position with control. Achieve full contraction of the pectoralis major at the end range without locking elbows.
