Lever Seated One Leg Curl

Instructions

1
Sit on the leg extension machine with your back and upper thighs firmly against the padded support. Position feet under the foot pad with ankles relaxed. Keep torso upright against the backrest.
2
Grip the handle bars firmly on both sides of the seat. Position the leg pad just above your ankle on the lower shin. Ensure knees are aligned with the machine's pivot point and feet are hip-width apart.
3
Slowly lower the weight by bending at the knees, allowing the foot pad to move downward in a controlled manner. Continue until knees reach approximately 90 degrees of flexion. Maintain contact with the backrest throughout.
4
Drive through the quadriceps to extend the legs, pressing the foot pad forward and upward. Fully extend the knees while maintaining a slight bend to avoid locking. Return to the starting position with controlled movement.
