Sit upright on the machine seat with back firmly against the backrest. Position feet flat on the floor or footrest. Grasp the handles at chest level with a neutral grip, elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees.

Adjust the seat height so the handles align with mid-chest. Take a deep breath and brace your core. Ensure shoulders are relaxed and away from ears.

Slowly pull the handles backward in a controlled manner, allowing the handles to move toward your body while maintaining a straight path. Keep elbows at shoulder height throughout the movement.

Push the handles forward in a controlled, explosive manner, fully extending the arms without locking the elbows. Return to the starting position and repeat. Exhale during the push phase.
