Sit upright on the machine with back against the padded support, feet flat on the floor, torso perpendicular to the ground, shoulders relaxed in neutral position.

Grip the handles with a neutral hand position at approximately shoulder height, elbows bent at 90 degrees, core engaged.

Slowly lower the handles back toward the body in a controlled manner, allowing the shoulder blades to retract and the elbows to bend further, stretching the anterior shoulder muscles.

Press the handles forward and outward in an arc, driving through the shoulders to abduct the arms away from the body, returning to the starting position with controlled resistance.
