1
Sit upright on the machine seat with back firmly against the backrest. Position feet flat on the floor or footrest. Ensure chest is open and shoulders are relaxed.
2
Grip the machine handles with palms facing upward (supinated grip) at shoulder-width apart. Arms should be fully extended or slightly bent at the starting position with elbows positioned at approximately 90 degrees to your torso.
3
Slowly lower the handles by extending your elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the biceps to lengthen under tension. Maintain contact with the backrest throughout the movement. Stop just before full elbow extension to maintain tension on the biceps.
4
Curl the handles upward by flexing the elbows and driving your fists toward your shoulders. Focus on squeezing the biceps at the top of the movement. Return to the starting position with control, maintaining tension throughout the entire concentric phase.
