1
Sit upright on the machine with back firmly against the backrest. Position feet flat on the floor or footrest. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip at chest height, elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees.
2
Ensure shoulders are relaxed and slightly retracted. Maintain neutral spine alignment with core engaged. Position handles at mid-chest level, level with nipple line.
3
Slowly return the handles toward the body by allowing the arms to flex at the elbows, drawing hands back in a controlled manner. Feel the stretch across the chest as handles approach the starting position.
4
Press the handles forward in a smooth, controlled motion by extending the arms. Push through the chest muscles, bringing arms to near-full extension without locking out elbows. Return to starting position with control.
