Adjust the seat height so the handles align with your mid-chest. Plant your feet flat on the floor or footrest for stability. Engage your core and maintain neutral spine alignment throughout the movement.

Slowly extend your arms forward, allowing the weight to pull the lever handles away from your body in a controlled manner. Keep a slight bend in your elbows and maintain constant tension on the latissimus dorsi muscles.

Powerfully pull the handles back toward your chest by driving your elbows backward and slightly down. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the point of maximum contraction, then return to the starting position with control.
