Instructions

Sit upright on the machine seat with back firmly against the backrest. Position feet flat on the footrest or floor. Chest should be at the level of the machine handles.

Grasp the handles with a neutral grip at chest height, elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees. Engage core and maintain neutral spine position. Shoulders relaxed away from ears.

Slowly allow the handles to move backward in a controlled manner, feeling a stretch across the chest. Keep elbows at chest level throughout the movement. Inhale during this phase.

Push the handles forward in a controlled arc, bringing them together in front of the chest without locking elbows. Exhale as you press. Return to starting position and repeat.
