Instructions

Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides or slightly raised for balance, core engaged, and body upright facing forward

Bend knees and hips simultaneously to lower the body into a squat position, keeping chest up and weight in heels, preparing for the explosive upward movement

Lower the body by flexing at the knees and hips, descending until thighs are approximately parallel to the ground or slightly below, maintaining neutral spine

Drive through heels and extend knees and hips explosively to return to standing position, propelling body upward off the ground in a jumping motion, then land softly and repeat
