Instructions

Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms extended to sides or in front for balance. Keep torso upright and core engaged throughout the movement.

Prepare by standing on both feet with proper posture. No grip required as this is a bodyweight exercise. Position feet parallel to each other.

Bend both knees and lower your hips downward while driving the right knee up toward chest level, creating a lunge-like position. Lower the back knee toward the ground while maintaining forward knee alignment over ankle.

Drive through the front heel to extend the leg and return to standing position. Bring the back leg forward to meet the front leg, returning to the starting position. Alternate legs in a dynamic jumping or stepping pattern.
