1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, barbell positioned on a landmine apparatus anchored at one end. Hold the barbell near your chest with both hands, elbows bent and tucked close to torso. Maintain upright posture with neutral spine.
2
Grip the barbell securely with both hands at chest height. Position feet firmly on ground shoulder-width apart. Engage core and brace abdominal muscles. Keep chest up and shoulders retracted.
3
Lower your body by simultaneously bending at hips and knees in a controlled manner. Descend until thighs reach approximately parallel to the ground or slightly lower while maintaining upright torso position. Keep weight distributed through mid-foot and heels, knees tracking over toes.
4
Drive through heels and mid-foot to extend hips and knees explosively, returning to standing position. Squeeze quadriceps and glutes at the top. Complete extension at hips and knees before beginning next repetition.
