Stand facing the landmine attachment with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position the barbell in the landmine at approximately chest height.

Grip the barbell end with both hands in front of your chest with elbows slightly bent. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core before beginning the movement.

Slowly lower the barbell by extending your arms and allowing your torso to rotate and flex forward, following an arc path toward the ground. Control the descent through core tension.

Drive the barbell upward and back to starting position by crunching your abdominals and engaging your core. Return to standing with the barbell at chest level, then repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
