Instructions

Start in a kneeling position on the ground with knees hip-width apart, torso upright, hands placed on the ground in front for balance and support, core engaged

Place hands flat on the ground shoulder-width apart in front of the knees, shift weight forward onto hands, prepare to support body weight with upper body and knees

Lower the torso forward by extending one leg backward while simultaneously lowering the torso toward the ground, maintaining core tension and keeping the back straight, extending the hip and knee of the rear leg

Return to the kneeling position by contracting the quadriceps to bring the extended leg back under the body and pressing through the hands to drive the torso back upward, repeat on opposite side
