1
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides in neutral position, chest upright, and core engaged. Maintain an upright posture with neutral spine alignment.
2
Bend arms and position them at approximately 90 degrees at the elbows, with hands near shoulder height. This arm position supports balance and forward momentum during the movement.
3
Lower body by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously, allowing the torso to lean slightly forward while maintaining neutral spine. Knees should track over toes. Continue descent until thighs are approximately parallel to ground or comfortable range is achieved.
4
Drive through heels and midfoot to extend knees and hips explosively, returning to standing position. Use arm swing upward to generate momentum and power through the concentric phase. Complete the motion by returning to neutral standing posture.
