1
Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands at arm's length in front of your body. Maintain a neutral spine with slight knee flexion and engage your core.
2
Position feet shoulder-width apart with weight distributed evenly. Grip the kettlebell handle firmly with both hands. Ensure shoulders are packed and back is neutral before initiating movement.
3
Hinge at the hips while maintaining a slight knee bend, allowing the kettlebell to swing down between your legs. Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the descent. Let gravity assist the downward swing while maintaining control.
4
Explosively drive through your hips and glutes to return to the standing position, swinging the kettlebell up to chest height. The power comes from hip extension, not from arm movement. Squeeze glutes at the top position before allowing the kettlebell to swing back down.
