1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height or allowing it to hang at arm's length. Maintain an upright torso with shoulders back and core engaged.
2
Position feet firmly on the ground with weight distributed evenly. Keep the kettlebell secure with neutral grip, elbows slightly flexed. Engage your core and prepare for the descent.
3
Lower your body by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously, descending as if sitting into a chair. Keep chest upright, knees tracking over toes, and weight in heels. Continue until thighs reach parallel to ground or slightly below.
4
Drive through heels and extend hips and knees to return to standing position. Maintain kettlebell control throughout, keeping core tight. Complete full hip and knee extension at top of movement before repeating.
