Instructions

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height with the arm bent. Keep your chest upright and core engaged. The kettlebell should be positioned with the handle near your shoulder.

Hold the kettlebell securely with a firm grip, maintaining an upright posture. Distribute your weight evenly across both feet with a neutral spine. Engage your core and stabilize your shoulder.

Bend at the hips and knees simultaneously, lowering your body into a squat position. Lower the kettlebell is held statically at shoulder height throughout. Continue descending until your thighs are parallel to the ground or slightly below, controlling the movement with your leg muscles.

Drive through your heels and extend your hips and knees explosively to return to the standing position. Push off the ground powerfully while maintaining an upright torso. Return to the starting position with control and repeat.
