1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding light dumbbells at your sides with arms extended and palms facing inward. Maintain neutral spine and engaged core throughout the movement.
2
Keep chest upright, shoulders back, and gaze forward. Position feet firmly on the ground with weight distributed evenly across all four corners of each foot.
3
Lower your body by bending at the knees and hips, descending into a jump position as if preparing to leap. Keep knees tracking over toes and chest upright while lowering for 1-2 seconds.
4
Explosively drive through your heels and midfoot to extend knees and hips, propelling your body upward into a vertical jump. Land softly with bent knees to absorb impact, immediately transitioning into the next repetition.
