1
Stand facing the box or platform with feet hip-width apart, maintaining an upright posture with chest up and shoulders back. Position yourself at a distance where you can comfortably step up onto the box.
2
Plant your right foot firmly on the box surface, engaging your core and preparing to drive through your heel. Keep your hands ready for balance if needed, or position them for countermovement.
3
Lower your body back down by stepping down with control, allowing the left foot to return to the ground first. Maintain an upright torso and controlled descent, avoiding excessive forward lean or knee collapse.
4
Drive through your right heel and extend your right leg to push your body upward and onto the box, bringing your left foot to meet it on top. Stand fully upright on the box, then step down and repeat for the opposite leg.
