Sit on a sturdy chair or bench with feet flat on floor or elevated on another chair. Grasp a horizontal bar or suspension trainer with both hands at chest height, body upright and engaged.

Grip the bar firmly with hands shoulder-width apart. Ensure core is braced and lower back is in neutral position. Keep chest upright and shoulders back.

Slowly lower your torso backward by extending through the hips and core, allowing the abs to lengthen while maintaining a straight body line from knees to head. Control the descent using core tension.

Drive through the core and flex the abdominals forcefully to pull the torso upward and forward, returning to the starting seated position. Maintain tension throughout the concentric movement.
