1
Sit suspended between two chairs with your body weight supported by your hands gripping the bars. Your legs should be extended or bent at the knees. Maintain an upright torso position with shoulders back and core engaged.
2
Position hands shoulder-width apart on the bars with a neutral grip. Ensure your torso is vertical and stable before initiating movement. Keep your chest up and shoulders retracted.
3
Slowly lower your torso by allowing your hips and knees to extend downward, creating flexion at the hip joints. Control the descent with your core muscles. Your body should remain relatively upright throughout this phase.
4
Drive your knees up toward your chest by flexing your hips and engaging your abdominal muscles. Pull your torso forward slightly as your knees rise. Return to the starting position with controlled movement, maintaining tension in the abs.
