Engage core muscles, maintain rigid torso alignment, distribute weight evenly between forearms and toes with no sagging or pike of the hips

Slowly lift one leg by bending the knee, bringing the heel toward the glutes while keeping the opposite leg extended and torso stable, lower the leg back to starting position with controlled movement

Return the lifted leg to the starting position in a controlled manner, then repeat the movement on the opposite side, alternating legs in a rhythmic pattern while maintaining plank stability throughout
